How to Earn Tokens And Spend Tokens in NBA 2K19

2019-04-20 08:42:15

Token is a new currency introduced in NBA 2K19 MyTeam, which are rewarded for achieving goals in gameplay and also completing and locking in card sets. Tokens can be used in the Rewards market to purchase Rewards Players Cards. However, those who aren’t deep into the game will mostly be using VC and MT, but not Tokens. Here’s a look at best ways to get NBA 2K19 Tokens in MyTeam and best ways to spend Tokens.

Token Guide

Best Ways to Earn Tokens

Completing every mode in Domination will get you a total of 419 Tokens.
Completing every board on Triple threat offline will get you 5 tokens per board x 7 boards. = 35 tokens and 3 tokens for every board completed afterwards.
Triple threat online has no guaranteed reward, but it’s possible to pull up to 10 tokens after one match but requires a mix of luck and skill.
Schedule challenges = 3 tokens per schedule x 30 teams = 90 tokens
Weekly Moments challenge = 2 tokens per week.
Myteam Unlimited going 12-0 = 15 tokens
Locker codes with a little luck can get people between 3 tokens and 75 tokens. (With 3 tokens being a lot more common than 75)

Playing at least 30 games of Triple Threat Offline per day seems to be a great farming method for Tokens and can get you 126 Tokens per week with only 2.5 - 3 hours of gameplay per day. I would recommend having diamond contracts on the 3 players you choose to use so that you maximize MT Coins gain as well.

Best Ways to Spend Your Tokens

Here are some recommended reward players worth your purchase when spending tokens. Also, to unlock more your favorite players, you can also come to Pointssale.com for Cheap NBA 2K19 VC Boosting.

Eddie Jones - This card is amazing. Great defense, great shooting, can handle the ball and can dunk. I don't see myself taking him out of my lineup anytime soon.
Shumpert - Another great card. Can dunk, great defender and can hit the 3 ball.
Morris Peterson - I like this card but this guy is the king of long twos. Dude never spots up for threes. Don't know if it's his jumpshot or what.
Pippen - Great defender of course and hits a ton of greens for me despite not having the highest shooting ratings.
Jay Williams - Another great card. Can pass, dunk (a little), and shoot.
Jared Jeffries - This card is a beast defensively and can spot up for three.
Sam Perkins - He's always my stretch 4 for the majority of the first few months of the game. His emerald reward card this year is awesome as always.I love how quick his shot is, and he can also post up too...
James Posey - I got a Emerald James Posey this year. Classic 3 and D guy, has enough size and strength to defend some of the tougher wings. He has an unconventional release but it seems to be effective at beating close contests (though I think someone jumping to block it could do a decent job).
